Character

I am a results-oriented individual who finds great satisfaction in achieving goals through my own initiative and effort. I possess a strong conviction in my own judgment and will not accept a direction unless I am thoroughly convinced of its merits. Conversely, once I commit to a decision, I have the determination to see it through to completion.

When a goal is clearly defined and I understand its significance, I am driven to achieve it by any effective means. In my earlier years, this drive sometimes led me to push forward without fully considering the perspectives of others, which occasionally caused friction. With experience, I have learned to temper this determination with greater diplomacy and consideration.

  As a Data Scientist, I was involved in the development of a Tire Pressure Monitoring System. By applying statistical learning, I improved the system from a low detection accuracy (20% false detection rate) to a robustly operational level in real-world environments (less than 0.5% false detection rate), successfully bringing it to practical application within three years of joining the company.

  As an R&D Manager reporting directly to the CTO, I managed R&D for natural language processing and led various strategic initiatives to strengthen the team structure. The Normalized Gaussian Network is a neural network model proposed over 30 years ago. I wrote this to demonstrate my specialized knowledge of mathematical statistics.

Automated Japanese Stock Trading Program with Machine Learning

This is a Python program that automatically trades Japanese stocks using the "kabu station API" provided by au Kabucom Securities. It utilizes machine learning to predict which stocks to trade.
